Xenia, Ohio-May 8, 2015-In honor of Public Service Recognition week, business owner Chris Adams, will show appreciation to local firefighters with Firehouse Subs. Adams, owner of Narrow Path Plumbing in Xenia, is catering to those who care for the community by providing a Fireman’s’ Feast for two firehouses on May 8, 2015. This includes hot gourmet sandwiches, beverages, and even a special surprise dessert. Adams will be hosting meals for various public servant groups who make a positive impact on his community monthly.
Adams has undertaken this campaign of gratitude because public servants are often the backbone of a strong community, and showing appreciation is important to him, especially with a growing family. Chris and his wife, Erin, have six daughters with another on the way. Adams found that his girls are the “strong driving force that put others needs before (his) own.”
Gratitude and being active in the community are just two core values Adams holds dear and tries to instill in his children. Working hard, practicing the Golden Rule, contributing to society, and living with trust, honesty, and integrity are emphasized in the Adams’ home and workplace. He credits his business’ success to bringing his beliefs and morals to the business.
Solid morals and good business practices have been passed through the generations. Adam’s grandfather and uncle were plumbers, and they taught him the trade, starting as a teenager. He had over a decade of experience under his belt when he founded Narrow Path Plumbing in 2011.
